Banana Nut Pudding Pie

I don't have the exact measurements for this recipe yet --- just created it on a whim. The next time I make this recipe (and it will be soon, it's really good!!!), I'll list the measurements here. 

Pie Crust: 
Pecans
Maple syrup
Vanilla

Mix in food processor. Press into glass pie dish. Dehydrate 12 hours at 105 degrees.


Filling:
Bananas
Brazil nuts
Dates
Maple syrup
Vanilla
Cinnamon

Mix in food processor. Pour into pie crust. 

Garnish: 
Banana, sliced
Brazil nuts, whole

Slice a banana thin (about 1/8" thick) and garnish edges of pie crust. Place three
Brazil nuts in center of pie for final touch.
