2 cups fresh cilantro 2/3 cup walnuts 2/3 cup fresh-squeezed lime juice 1/5 tsp Celtic sea salt 1/2 cup spinach (optional) 1 Tbsp garlic 1 Tbsp ginger 2 tsp jalapeno 1/2 cup olive oil. Combine well in a blender! Makes approximately 4 cups.
