Pecan Pate

2 cup pecans
1/2 - 1 small red or white onion
1 finely minced red bell pepper
1 cup finely minced parsley
1/2 - 1 tsp. poultry spice
Bragg's Amino Acids to taste
Serve on: cucumber slices, celery, or bell pepper 'boats'

In food processor with "S" blade or Champion with solid blank, or Green Power with open blank: run pecans, onion, and poultry spice in or through machine to a pate consistency.

In a bowl: stir the finely minced bell pepper and parsley, spicing to taste with Bragg's.

Serve on cucumber slices, celery or pepper 'boats.'

20 minutes to prepare.
4-8 servings.
