1 young Thai coconut (milk and meat)
1 Persimmon (peeled and chopped)
1 1/2 frozen bananas
1 Tbl honey
1/2 tsp vanilla
Ice and pure water to desired consistency
In a blender or a Vita-Mix, blend all but ice and water til smooth. Slowly add ice and pure water to desired consistency.
** I like 2 c. ice, 1/2 c. pure water.
