Pasta
1/2 butternut squash, sliced in the Spiral Slicer on angel hair setting
Sauce
nut yogurt (3 oz macadamias and almonds soaked overnight, then blended with water and left in a warm place for a few hours)
4 tomatoes
Blend yogurt and tomatoes together, pour over pasta. Sprinkle a bit of fresh parsley over as well.
