Veggie Pizza Pie

I don't have the exact measurements for this recipe --- just created it on a whim.

Crust:
walnuts
sunflower seeds
Bragg's Liquid Aminos
olive oil
garlic
Italian seasonings to taste

Mix well in food processor. Spread to 1/4-1/2 inch thick (your preference for thin or thick crust) into bottom of round cake pan (I used metal just to make it look more like a Pizza Hut pizza dish, but glass is better for you.)

Dehydrate 12-14 hours. 

Sauce:
Spaghetti Sauce (version 1)

Spread a thick or thin layer of sauce on the top of the pizza crust.

Topping:
1/2 Green pepper
1/4 red onion
2 green onions
1/2 c. marinated portabella mushrooms

Chop all topping ingredients and sprinkle all over sauce.

Garnish:
Sprinkle
Italian seasonings over top of pizza pie for taste.

Dehydrate at 105 degrees long enough to warm and seep juices from veggies into pizza.

YUM YUM YUM!!! This is as close to Pizza Hut deep dish as you're gonna get!
